The Mindful Enterprise provides a Mindfulness Based Living Course and a follow-on course called The Embodied Practitioner to help participants deepen their practice of mindfulness and compassion.

We run free periodic introduction to mindfulness taster sessions (online and in-person) and Mindfulness Based Wellbeing Retreats every 2nd month.

In addition, we have a video-based mindfulness course for children aged 6-10 years, adaptable for use at home or in schools, available to stream for 6 or 12 months.

We also offer a range of mindfulness, wellbeing and resilience services for workplaces and schools.

Our Business Model:
We offer a range of mindfulness, wellbeing and resilience services for the workplace, individual consumers and schools and use our profits to make wellbeing services more accessible to those in disadvantaged communities.

Our Ethos:
We believe that every human being, regardless of age or background is of equal value and should have access to information and services that can help them thrive and realise their innate potential. By empowering people with the tools to self manage their wellbeing and how they show up each day, we can reduce strain on public health services, strengthen families and create more vibrant and connected communities and workplaces.
