Enhance your health & well-being with tai chi, qigong, meditation & mindfulness.

Strengthen your body, focus your mind, release stress & tension, improve balance & coordination, improve your circulation, boost your immune system, boost your energy levels.
We will be teaching loosening exercises, standing meditation, moving meditation/qigong, tai chi walking, simple partner work and a yang style 37 step tai chi form.
Thursdays @ Eric Liddell Centre, 15 Morninside Rd - 6pm to 8pm
