I run the Healing for Kids Centre at 20 Valleyfield Street Edinburgh.
My classes are for babies and children, and I also offer private bookings.
I rent the space out to a variety of other classes and groups for children and families too.

Baby Mindful age 0-6 months and age 6 months- 1 year

This unique 7 step class has a slow pace, focusing on the connection between parent and baby, promoting calm, contentment and sleep. Parent and Baby have quality time together in a relaxed and supportive environment.The classes provide experiences which stimulate and calm babies while helping their development, confidence and awareness.

Each session is based on a nursery rhyme, which plays gently in the background. The class follows 7 steps including: Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breath, Believe and Relax.

Relax Kids Little Stars age 3-5, and siblings age 2 plus

Relax Kids Magical Adventures age 5-9, and siblings age 3 plus.

Relax Kids classes follow 7 steps which take children from a high energy state, to calm and relaxed and are all creatively based on a theme.
A Relax Kids class can help your child become aware of their feelings and emotions, and how to manage these and self-regulate. They also help children cope with stress and anxiety, improve school performance and behaviour and boost their self-esteem and confidence. Additionally, these fun and imaginative classes develop children’s creativity, imagination and self-expression.
