At JC Fitness, we have the amazing privilege of working with a wide variety of people to help create positive change in their health and fitness. Our approach is to use a combination of structured exercise programs and nutrition plans that complement each other, and importantly, are customised to each individual. Creating structure in both exercise and nutrition provide our clients with a clear plan in their workouts as well as their nutrition, which both function to accelerate progress and goal attainment.
Our passion for health and fitness also encompasses a passion to share knowledge and help grow the confidence and self-efficacy of all of our clients. Given this, we create time in our personal training sessions to specifically allocate to education and passing on information in different areas within health and fitness including exercise, nutrition, mindset, and behaviour change.
It is our ambition to continue to re-shape the direction of personal training in Edinburgh by providing this new standard of personal training that focuses strongly on delivering results, appreciating the differences between individuals, and sharing knowledge to help build more educated, confident, and independent clients.
