The darkness of midwinter invites us to indulge in deep rest.
Across two hours you will explore relaxation of the body through the slow and gentle yin postures with Kuluna Yoga. Followed by a profoundly soothing yoga nidra practice.
Wear your cosiest clothes and bring your yoga mat, favourite blanket, and a pillow or a bolster.
Yin Yoga is a very slow form of postural yoga. You will be supported in each posture by props and allowed to rest into it for several minutes. There will be options to receive assisted stretching and massage like touch in each posture to aid in relaxation of the body.
Yoga Nidra is a very deep form of guided meditation for deep rest. This guided mediation takes body mind and spirit through deep layers of rest.
Accessibility: this is a physically very gentle experience. There is no pre-requisite for experience of physical yoga or meditation.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
