Birchwood After School Art offers the perfect space to unwind and develop skills in a relaxed and fun environment, it's ideal for children who love to draw.
About Spring Term - After School Art, P3-P5
Starts Tuesday 13th January, 3.30pm - 4.30pm with Morven Ferguson (P3 - P5)
Exploring all aspects of drawing, painting and making, Birchwood After School Art offers the perfect space to unwind and develop skills in a relaxed and fun environment. Ideal for children who love to draw, we aim to identify strengths, develop skills and encourage experimentation.
We'll be plant printing, model making, sketch booking, and dip, dab, dobbing with a variety of mediums both inside our studio and out in the open air when the weather allows. Every term ends with an exhibition so make room on the fridge door for a new portfolio of masterpieces.
All students will be provided with a snack on arrival and either fruit juice, milk or water. All materials will be provided though we ask that students bring an apron.
In addition to the tutor there will also be another member of staff around to help out. Staff have up to date PVG certificates and Sam & Beth have First Aid certificates.
Classes are an hour long: 3.30 – 4.30pm, children can arrive anytime from 3.15, and are £15 each, bookable by the block.
