Winter Solstice Sound Bath Meditation

About Winter Solstice Sound Bath Meditation

Come and reconnect with your inner self and tap into living in balance with your body and the Earth's natural cycles.

Winter Solstice (20th - 23rd December) is the celebration of the rebirth of the Sun's active cycle. It is the momentary pause when the mystical wheel of the year pauses before it begins a new cycle. The Sun strength begins to return and the days will slowly start getting longer again.

The earth has been withdrawn inside herself. Very little outer growth has happened but deep within the earth the roots have been growing bringing stability and nutrients to the plants and trees.

We too have slowed down and spend time withdrawn within ourselves. As the outer world darkened by the shorter days and the cold weather our inner realms can expand.

This has been a great opportunity for incubation of our own personal seeds plans and ideas and now with the return of the Sun and the outward energy it brings all of these can slowly begin to manifest. We bring the wisdom of our inner journeys out into the world to grow with the increasing light from the sun.

Come and celebrate the death and rebirth of the great cycle of the year with me. As a part of the Winter Solstice celebration I will start the Sound Bath Meditation by telling you a little winter story before sending you on your own individual journeys.

After the Sound Bath we will conclude the evening with writing down your personal dreams or aspiration you hope to manifest in the next Sun Cycle the upcoming year 2025.
