A seasonal series of drawing workshops by resident artist Felicity Inkpen
These workshops will guide you through a variety of different drawing techniques, in pencil, charcoal, chalk, pastel, pen, ink, gouache, watercolour and collage. Suitable for beginners and more experienced artists alike, you’ll be introduced to a variety of mark-making techniques in a fun and pressure-free environment. We will explore artistic representations of Autumn across cultures and throughout history, and how they might influence your work.
Class sizes are small to ensure you get a personalised experience. Each workshop will have a different Autumn-based theme and will use different materials. Each workshop will be a stand-alone event and will assume no prior knowledge or experience.
There is zero pressure in these workshops, and the main objective is to have fun. With any art materials, there is always a risk of getting marks on your clothes, so please don’t wear your best crisp white shirt or anything you would be upset to get dirty.
Block book all 6 workshops to receive a 20% discount, or pay as you go and attend just the workshops you want at £25 per workshop.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
