Good Ideas: Catalyst

About Good Ideas: Catalyst

Do you have a good idea for social or environmental change, but not sure how to get it off the ground? Perhaps you have been working on a project, but you’re not sure where to take it next.

Our Good Ideas: Catalyst is the perfect way to explore the potential of a new idea for social or environmental change. If you’re an early-stage innovator, in need of a change of direction or just passionate about finding a way to address a cause, Good Ideas: Catalyst is an entry point for you to explore the feasibility of a new idea.

Sign up to Catalyse your idea alongside our experienced and qualified facilitators and you’ll receive access to:

A 3 hour in-person workshop

A facilitated process using design thinking methodology

Connection with others and the opportunity to build your network

5 free event passes for events hosted by The Melting Pot

A free day to cowork in our space in the heart of Edinburgh city centre

The learning session includes content on empathy mapping, idea generation, early stage refining of ideas, peer feedback and action planning.

What’s more, if you’re inspired by your time catalysing ideas with us, you’ll receive a 10% discount to our 2-day Camp programme with us in October or at one of the future Camp opportunities in 2025.
