The warmer days are coming, and it's high time we all learn how to make our own, home-made, fizzylicious sodas! Get ready to manifest summer by coming along and creating your very own ginger beer. We will be making ginger beer from a "ginger bug" I will have fermented in advance, but you will also make your very own ginger bug, and learn the fermentation steps to understand how the wonderful natural sparkling happens. You will be taking home not just one, but TWO self-made creations: Your bottle of ginger beer, which will be ready to drink in just a few days, AND your very own ginger bug, which will serve as a base for your next batch of ginger beer, but also to create every soda you can imagine!
