Join us in the sewing studio for 3 consecutive week days 1pm until 6pm and learn how to make a garment of your choosing with expert guidance - £165 pp
Learn how to make your own clothes in this 3-week course.
This course is ideal for beginners to garment making who have some sewing machine experience or people wanting to elevate their sewing skills by making a garment. You can make any garment you like, depending on your skills and experience. There are only 6 people on the course, so you'll have ample one-to-one tutor time with an expert tutor.
During your first class, you can bring in a shop-bought pattern to work from. This can be any garment you like!
Together, over the course of 3 weeks and with the help of your talented teacher, you will learn step by step how to follow your pattern, successfully make the garment, and leave with the skills to make many more. You'll also gain the confidence to try other patterns too! Please be aware there may be simple homework set in between each class to ensure you complete your project.
Dressmaking is a wonderful, relaxing, and mindful craft. But best of all, at the end of 3 weeks, you'll have a stunning garment of your choice handmade entirely by you! You'll leave with the skills and confidence to try more patterns and make even more clothes that fit you perfectly!
2 dates currently available:
25th March - 8th April - only a few spaces left
15th April - 29th April
Hope you can make it along!
