There is something mystical about the sacred feminine. Our deep sexuality. Come to explore ancient myths and fairy tales which help us understand the sacredness of what is at our core - powerful femininity.
These “Wild Women Wednesdays” workshops aim to dive deeply into wild women concepts and explore how they relate to you. The facilitator Annabel Allen will make reference to the epic book “Women Who Run With the Wolves”* by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. Annabel will also draw on her own personal “wild woman” journey which has led her to a more fulfilling life.
The workshops will include thoughtful discussion, writing exercises and other creative ways to guide you on your journey. Extroverts, introverts and ambiverts are all welcome.
Suggestion: join our “Dare to be Wild” outdoor workshops to be held on Sunday afternoons and our “Other Wild Stuff”.
For many years Annabel has been on a zig-zag wild woman journey. She has undergone many tough endurance tests, including in the mountains of Scotland and the jungles of Sri Lanka. Throughout these challenges, she has honed her intuition and grown in determination to continue on the wild woman path. She is a “wild woman” guide for other women.
*You don’t have to read this book in advance of the workshop but it is highly recommended.
