Non-Linear Movement Method® is practiced to music and you will be guided through the class as you learn what your inner landscape feels like! It's suitable for all mobility and fitness levels!
About Non-Linear Movement Method®
Non-Linear Movement Method® is a powerful somatic approach designed to:
* Balance the nervous system
* Process and identify emotions
* Awaken erotic energy and sensual sensation
* Release trauma patterns
* Create high bodily responsiveness
* Open access to bodily wisdom
We spend a whole hour discovering what your inner landscape feels like and the patterns your body as. Observing and following the physical, mental and emotional tension to see and feel what lies beneath.
Practiced to music this method is suitable for any age, mobility and fitness level. It can be done in any position, including lying down.
Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided for practice and during rest and relaxation at the end. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in.
This class will be held every 2 Thursdays at Mulberry House, 21 Manor Place, Edinburgh EH3 7DX.
