Join us on 11th January, Sat 11:15am at the new OMH Therapies location in West End/Haymarket (Atholl Pl) for our new Mindful Movement course.
Traditional rules and alignment may not work for everyone, so this course focuses on how to work with your own range of motion to get the most benefits from your practice. Being aware of how your body really feels and what kind of movement works best is crucial to avoid injuries and create a well-balanced practice.
This course combines dynamic Yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork, functional movement and guided relaxation, creating a harmonious blend for all levels. Join us for this deeply nourishing weekend reset! If you miss a class in your block you can join us for our online classes free of charge!
Cost:
£60 for a block of 5 classes,
£14 drop in (depends on availability)
