Threads of the Universe
This will be the first session of a brand new holistic series called Threads of the Universe.
It's a series of yogic, callisthenic and somatic movement. Alongside both slow release and dynamic breathing.
Meditation/Soundbath/Breathwork/Somatic/
There will be deep meditation and a live sound bath of sorts.
Although we have an indoor venue for this workshop - Part of our programme will be outside, on the beach, perhaps in the sea, (if the weather is nice to us).
