About Mid-Autumn Forest Bathing Walk: Hermitage of Braid Nature Reserve

During the guided walk, I combine Forest Bathing practices with nature immersion invitations that help you experience nature in a new way, enjoy the present moment allowing nature to nurture your mind and body.

On this guided walk you will:

*Enjoy nature based invitations to awaken senses and connect with nature

*Relax, Restore and Rest

*Learn how to slow down and be more present

*Learn how to practice Forest Bathing

*Take time to connect with the seasons and tune into the rhythm of the natural world

*Tea Gathering

*Connect with like minded people

*You will be supplied with: seat mats, hot drinks and seasonal snacks

*What to wear: Please wear suitable walking footwear and appropriate layer clothing *No swimming costumes are needed.

* What to bring: you may wish to bring a drink, cup, journal, pen and snacks of your choice.

This Forest Bathing Guided Walk is suitable for Adults 18+. This walk will last around 2 hours.

Restrictions: Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to this particular trail.

Please note: Bookings are refundable up to 7 days before the event. The session will take place unless there is extreme weather, you will be notified of any changes before the session and you will be able to rebook onto a future session date.
