In this workshop, you will improve your quilting skills and create a Warhol-inspired quilt with contemporary quilting expert Lucy Engles. On the day there will be a selection of fabric cones, scoops and fruit that can be assembled to create your own Warhol-inspired applique ice cream. Using the colour palettes found in Warhol's textiles you will learn needle turn applique, finishing your piece with a stitched drawn line. This is a relaxed skill-building workshop that allows you to experiment and play with colour and technique.
Suitable for all skill levels. All materials will be provided on the day.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
