Starts 16th January, Fridays from 4pm - 5.30pm with Ryo Tamura
Bring along your playlist, relax and sketch Friday afternoons away.
Make your own sketchbook and fill it with weekly tasks or your own project in the company of illustrator and tutor Ryoko Tamura.
Expect to experiment and develop skills in all aspects of drawing, painting and making, using varied materials and techniques. Enjoy opportunities for relevant trips, drawing or painting en plein air or even just finish that art homework with Ryo’s support.
All activities are student focused - tea, coffee and biscuits are on tap and chat or earphone “cut out the rest of the world solitude” are positively encouraged. Perfect for high schoolers who love to create. Come solo or with friends. All are welcome.
All materials will be provided though we ask that students bring an apron if they don’t want to wear one of our plastic biodegradable ones.
Sessions are up to 90 minutes long: pitch up between 4 –5.30pm, and leave when it suits you, bookable by the block, or come and try a few sessions first without any commitment.
Any trip travel expenses or entrance fees are additional, plenty of notice will be given and venues to be agreed by club students.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
