Kundalini Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice that combines movement, breathwork, chanting and meditation to raise the Kundalini energy.
Don't worry if you've never tried or even heard of it! The practice can be adapted for all abilities, and can be very physically and spiritually rewarding.
Kelly is a yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a sound healing practitioner. She runs retreats across Scotland and will look after you whether you are here for the first time or the hundredth!
