Spring is the time of life returning to the earth, energies rise and new beginnings are aplenty. In this workshop you will:
- focus on heart opening postures
- spend time in both soft yin and strong yang poses
- talk about the themes of spring
- focus on the air element the element of spring
- set intentions and use the uplifting energies of spring to breathe life into them.
