Practicing Pilates regularly helps you gain a stronger core, good posture, and relief from aches and pains such as backache. It is very beneficial if you sit all day at a computer or want to keep fit and healthy for taking part in a competitive sport or running event.

Classes start week beginning Monday 17th April for 10 weeks booked as a block of 10 or 20 classes (no classes week 15/05)

Mondays: Int/Adv - 12pm, 1pm, 5pm, 6pm

Tuesdays: Beginners - 5pm / Int/Adv 6pm

Wednesday: Int/Adv - 12pm, 1pm, 5pm, 6pm

Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
