This unique and specialised yoga physio service is specifically for people with palliative, long term and incurable illnesses such as advanced cancer, dementia, motor neurone disease, COPD & pulmonary fibrosis.

It is run by Yvonne Whitehouse, a physiotherapist and yoga teacher with many years experience working in palliative care.

Yoga and physio can help with many symptoms and side effects of these illnesses and treatments. We will work on these through breathing and movements. You do not need any experience of yoga to come to these classes and they are fully accessible for people with all levels of movement and mobility.
