Our golf specific Pilates class and our yoga class are both run by physiotherapists.

Our regular Pilates class is run by a very experienced former dancer.

We have over 15 years of experience diagnosing and treating all kinds of problems including regular aches and pains, sporting injuries and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
