In this friendly and relaxed cookery class, you will prepare dips, a hearty soup, yummy super salads and a new way to cook with tofu. You will explore new ideas, exciting flavour combinations and valuable tips to take back to your kitchen.
The menu includes items such as Baba-Ganoush, Thai Lentil Soup, Tahini Dressed Courgette Salad, Curried Tofu and more.
Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked and socialise!
Concession tickets
Cyrenians is committed to accessibility and offers a concession rate for those who are group booking (booking of two or more tickets in one order), children aged under 12 or unemployed, on a low income, on benefits or retired.
About our events
By participating in our events you are directly supporting the work we do with people taking the first steps on their own food journeys, whether this is learning the basics of food hygiene and cooking, or receiving support via our flatpack meals services and community pantries. Thank you for choosing to participate in an event that makes a difference.
Location
This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
