Join Maria from The Edinburgh Canape Company on Sunday 30 June from 11am - 2pm and enjoy a morning learning to make Argentinian empanadas (fish and vegetable) and a selection of salsas.
Empanadas are a type of baked or fried pastries with a variety of fillings. Empanadas were originally taken from European immigrants from Galicia, Spain, but later modified with local ingredients and now enjoyed all over Argentina.
We will make both a vegetable and a fish version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian.
A light lunch is included.
Concession tickets
Cyrenians is committed to accessibility and offers a concession rate for those who are group booking (booking of two or more tickets in one order), children aged under 12 or unemployed, on a low income, on benefits or retired.
