About Spring Yoga Workshop
Our Spring Workshop is a collaboration between Shirley Loughlin and Hazel Leslie, both Seasonal Yoga Teachers. It will include Yoga, Quigong, breath work, meditation and a relaxing Yoga Nidra. Our Guest Nutritionist, Theresa Quinn will guide us through the best diet for this time of year and demonstrate creating some easy, healthy snack.
Refreshments and snacks are included and everyone leaves with a lovely gift bag.
