Four Points Flex by Sheraton, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of over 30 extraordinary hotel brands, has debuted in Edinburgh, inviting guests to enjoy a convenient, affordable and comfortable stay right in the heart of the city centre.
The revamped hotel, with rooms starting from just £79, is just mere footsteps away from local attractions like Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.
There are six room types that make up this 116-room hotel, all of them designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. These range from cosy doubles for solo travellers and couples travelling light, to larger studios with living/dining areas and a mini kitchen ideal for families. There are even bunk beds for children in dedicated family rooms.
Four Points Flex by Sheraton offers midscale travellers a seamless hotel experience in convenient locations, with principles of reliability, simplicity and value in both the design and guest experience. The brand delivers an approachable, efficient and relaxing experience with a focus on fundamentals such as clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The transformation from Cityroomz to Marriott International’s Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand was brought to life by Resident Hotels Ltd., best known for its boutique British brand of city-centre hotels, The Resident. Since October 2024, Resident Hotels Ltd. has also relaunched three more hotels under Marriott International’s Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand in Dundee, Newcastle and Cardiff, ushering in a new era of city centre stays offering consistent hospitality at unbeatable value for money.
The Dundee, Cardiff and Newcastle sites are all within a five-minute walk from their respective railway stations, with Dundee located above the station. And, with Dundee Airport just a five-minute drive from the hotel and Edinburgh Airport within 30 minutes on public transport, the properties are perfectly situated for onward travel.
David Orr, CEO of Resident Hotels Ltd., says: “Since opening our four hotels under Marriott International’s Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand, we can confidently offer our signature service at mid-scale prices in two British capitals, as well as in Newcastle and Dundee. All four of these cities are extremely rich in culture and offer tremendous touristic value to travellers from around the UK and beyond, who our teams on site look forward to welcoming.”
Guests can book rooms at any of the Four Points Flex by Sheraton properties via marriott.com or through the Marriott Bonvoy members app.
