August 2024 - Rodd & Gunn New Zealand is proud to announce the opening of their first Scottish store, located on Edinburgh’s iconic George Street. Extending their reach to Scotland, the store will open its doors on Thursday 15th August, amid the internationally renowned Fringe Festival.
Immersing customers into relaxed refinement with styles that are odes to nature, Rodd & Gunn continue to bring New Zealand to the world. The new George Street store spans 864 square feet, an ideal space of heritage architecture to house their timeless collections.
The opening of the Edinburgh location marks a prestigious milestone during a year of substantial global growth of the retail presence across hemispheres having notably just opened flagship stores in Manhattan, US, and Toronto, Canada. Chief Executive Officer Michael Beagley noted that “Edinburgh’s rich culture and natural beauty spoke to us as a brand that values heritage and quality products. Our opening in Scotland represents an exciting chapter for Rodd & Gunn as we continue to grow our presence within the United Kingdom.”

Collections have been created for a discerning urbanite bridging a desire for style and a requirement for the best garment construction, making them the perfect fit for this new destination store.
Rodd & Gunn opens their Edinburgh store with the launch of their Autumn/Winter 24/25 collection, Beyond The Horizon. The collection showcases chunky woollen New Zealand ZQRX merino knits, signature outerwear, Italian fabric blazers, pure cotton Oxford shirts, and clean-cut chinos. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted in classic blues, cappuccino camel browns, earthy moss greens, and accented with pastel yellows and cream tones, embodying the rugged elegance of the New Zealand terroir.
Customers will discover a little bit of New Zealand with every step, traversing furnishings, vintage artwork, and creative fixtures.
