From an unmissable Easter Brunch in Eve with a delightful chocolate fountain; an Easter Roast in Commons Club with unlimited amounts of mouthwatering sides, to Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s new Chef’s Table menu for April, featuring Spanish and Portuguese delicacies as well as a partnership with Port of Leith Distillery for the menu’s cocktails and single port serves – there’s something for the whole family to enjoy this Spring!

EASTER BRUNCH – Saturday 30th of March (12:00 till 16:00)

• Price: £35 per person for food plus beverages
• With buffet style offerings including a crêpe station and a delightful chocolate fountain to satiate the Easter Chocolate cravings
• During the brunch there will also be an Easter Egg hunt for brunch-goers with eggs hidden in the courtyard containing prizes as well as live disco themed performances by Shy Bairns Ents & Toni Mcvey, including drag queen special performances!

KIDS EASTER EGG HUNT – 29th – 14th April (17:00 – 18:00), daily in Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s Funny Library

• For guests staying at the hotel with kids, there will be a daily Easter Egg hunt from 5-6pm for little ones to find chocolate treasures in Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s Funny Library

EASTER ROAST - COMMONS CLUB RESTAURANT (Saturday and Sunday’s, 12:00 – 15:00)

• Indulge in the ultimate weekend treat at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s Commons Club restaurant this spring, with a mouth-watering roast dinner, from only £19 per person. Each main course is served with an unlimited amount of sides including duck fat roasted potatoes, spiced carrots and seasonal vegetables

THE CHEF’S TABLE GOES TO THE IBERIAN PENINSULA – April (every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19:00)

• Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s flagship restaurant, Commons Club, is bringing the authentic tastes of Portugal and Spain to its Chef’s Table in April as part of a series of experiential dining events that aim to takes guests on an international culinary journey. Exclusively for April, Commons Club Chef de Cuisine, Emma Hanley has created a menu which celebrates the rich and diverse gastronomic traditions of Spain and Portugal, offering a tantalising array of dishes inspired by centuries of culinary heritage. Commons Club is also partnering with Port of Leith Distillery on Cocktails and single port serves for the intimate Chef’s Table experience.
