Physio-led Pilates classes are taught by experienced musculoskeletal Chartered Physiotherapists who consider any injuries or health conditions. A comprehensive health screening questionnaire will be filled out prior to the first attendance. If you have a health condition that demands modifications to your exercise routine, we will suggest scheduling a one-on-one session with us prior to your initial class. This will enable us to evaluate your situation and provide guidance on any necessary adjustments to your exercises.

Our Pilates instructors have undergone training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institutes (APPI), where they learned to adapt the traditional Pilates exercises to ensure safety for most individuals. This approach provides a diverse range of exercises that are both secure and enjoyable, allowing you to work at your own pace and comfort level.
