Work with our female personal trainers in Edinburgh, they are experts in health and well-being for women. From pelvic floor to perimenopause and weight loss. We've got you covered.

Boot Camps

Get fitter, healthier and happier by joining a fitandhappy outdoor boot camp for women. All sessions are suitable for women of all ages and levels of fitness.

Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, find your core or just make exercise fun again, why not try one of our boot camps. You will be welcomed and supported at all times.

Blackhall Boot Camp
5 sessions per week.

Camps are currently held 4 days a week.

Inverleith Boot Camp
The Inverleith boot camp classes are held on Wednesdays and Fridays at 6.30am and 9.15am.

Meadows Boot Camp
The Meadows boot camp classes are held every morning from Monday to Saturday and we also have a class at 2pm on Wednesdays.

Our Victoria Park boot camps are currently held 3 days a week.
