I help everyday people build strength, improve fitness, lose weight, boost confidence, and create healthier routines that last. My coaching is built around understanding each client as a whole person – their lifestyle, stress levels, goals, and mental wellbeing. I offer a supportive, realistic and mental-health-first approach that helps clients make progress they can sustain.
My Coaching Style:
Every client I work with receives genuine support, guidance and structure. I listen, check in and adapt sessions based on how you feel physically and mentally. My coaching is friendly, non-intimidating and designed for real people with real lives. There are no crash diets, no extreme routines and no pressure. The goal is sustainable progress and a stronger mindset, not perfection.
Mental wellbeing is at the heart of every programme. Training should reduce stress, improve mood, and help you feel more confident and in control. With the right support, fitness becomes something you enjoy, not something you dread.
Client Results:
Clients who train with me experience long-term, meaningful changes. This includes sustainable weight loss, improved mental health, increased confidence, better strength, more energy, improved sleep and healthier habits. Many clients also see big improvements in running performance and general fitness. These results happen because the approach is personalised, supportive and built around the client's lifestyle.
What We Work On Together:
Weight loss and healthier body composition:
Strength training and muscle gain
Mental wellbeing and lifestyle structure
Nutrition guidance that fits your life
Running and cardio fitness
Optional HYROX and performance-based training
This coaching is suitable for beginners, improvers, those returning after time away, and anyone looking for a supportive environment to grow.
Why Train at the Royal Commonwealth Pool:
The Royal Commonwealth Pool offers a welcoming, spacious and well-equipped environment that suits all experience levels. It has a friendly atmosphere, high-quality equipment and a central location, making it ideal for anyone balancing training with a busy lifestyle. Most importantly, it feels comfortable, safe and motivating for clients who may be nervous or new to the gym.
My Coaching Philosophy:
Fitness should support your life, not overwhelm it. I believe in consistency, confidence, structure and long-term change. There is no guilt, no punishment and no unrealistic expectations. Instead, I help clients build small, sustainable habits that lead to big results over time. Most people don't struggle because they lack motivation - they struggle because their plan wasn't designed for their real life. My coaching fixes that.
Who I Work Best With:
I work well with individuals who want to lose weight, build strength safely, improve mental wellbeing, gain confidence, return to exercise, improve running performance, or simply need structure and accountability. If you want a trainer who understands, listens and genuinely cares, we will be a great match.
Start Your Journey:
Training with me at the Royal Commonwealth Pool is more than exercise – it is a partnership. You bring the willingness, and I bring the support, structure and guidance. Together, we build a stronger, healthier and more confident version of you. If you're ready for a personal trainer who prioritises your wellbeing, I would love to support your journey.
