Antonio Carlos Jobim (aka Tom) was one of Brazil's greatest composers of the twentieth century. Merging samba with the cool west coast style of American jazz, he was one of the pioneers of bossa nova and achieved world-wide renown when his songs including The Girl From Ipanema became international hits for saxophonist Stan Getz and singers Astrud Gilberto and Frank Sinatra.
Jobim compositions including Wave, Stone Flower, Desafinado, Triste and more have been cornerstones of the jazz repertoire of the past fifty years and his gift for innovative melodies has earned him the adulation of Oscar Peterson, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea and Carlos Santana.

There is no advance booking. Tickets are available at the door.
