Intense, relentless and sweaty traditional Scottish dance fun - for Christmas!
Doors open 7.45pm, Ceilidh starts 8pm, ends 11pm.
Licensed Bar (cards only, no cash).
A Laldie Ceilidh is at the heart of a great Saturday night. All ages and all abilities are welcome. You don't need to do the dances "right", just be ready to try (and ready for a laugh).
We demonstrate, walk through and call dances to suit the overall crowd on the day - and there are always experienced dancers to follow.
Come along in a group, come along with a partner, come along on your own: there are lots of opportunities for meeting and dancing with other people. That is part of ceilidh culture.
Please note tickets are on sale at Eventbrite (link above) and at the venue website https://assemblyroxy.com These are separate ticket allocations. One source may sell out before the other.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
