About Best Dressed Blues Band at the First Thursday Blues Club
If you have caught the Best Dressed Blues Band previously, you’ll know they bring serious energy and soul to the stage—blending lesser-known blues classics with their own original sound, all with that signature Chicago blues edge.
They got their name from none other than the comedian @craigyferg , who called them “the best dressed blues band” he’d ever heard—and the name stuck!
"The Best Dressed Blues Band are in increasing demand at festivals.
Blues Matters Magazine, 2025 states -"Their sound - a potent mix of blistering lead guitar, soulful slide, and wailing harmonica - channels the raw, unpolished energy of early electric blues."
