About Unoma Okudo
Marking a bold new season, acclaimed singer-songwriter Unoma Okudo returns to the stage with The Promise Tour — an intimate yet powerful run of shows across Scotland and England.
Currently in the studio working on her forthcoming full-length album, Unoma is ready to give audiences a rare first listen to new material, weaving fresh songs with her soulful voice and evocative storytelling.
Her journey has taken her from Celtic Connections and the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival to the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony, where she shared the stage with Lulu, Dougie MacLean, and Kylie Minogue. She has supported icons including Macy Gray, Lalah Hathaway, Alexander O’Neal, and the late Ronnie Spector, toured with Susan Boyle, and performed backing vocals for Alesha Dixon.
