What to Expect:
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Begin your journey with a gentle, guided Forest Bathing session led by an experienced Nature and Forest Bathing Guide. This immersive experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage with the forest through your senses. Feel the textures of the trees, listen to the rustling leaves, and inhale the earthy fragrances of the woods as you move mindfully through the landscape.
During the walk, you will:
Tune into your senses through simple mindfulness in nature guided invitations.
Experience deep relaxation as you connect with the sights, sounds, and rhythms of the natural world.
Share reflections in a serene Tea Gathering with seasonal snacks and warm company to conclude your walk.
Nature Clay Impression Crafting
Enhance your connection to the environment by exploring your creative side. Using clay and natural materials collected along the way, you’ll craft your own nature impressions, capturing the intricate textures of leaves, bark, and other forest finds. This hands-on activity encourages mindfulness, playfulness, and a sense of wonder as you create a piece that celebrates the beauty of the forest.
What You’ll Experience:
Learn techniques for gathering natural elements and pressing their unique patterns into clay.
Discover how engaging with art deepens your connection to the environment.
Take home your handcrafted clay impressions as a reminder of your time immersed in nature.
