We aim to put customers first in all that we do, providing outstanding customer service, value for money and good quality retail to enhance your visit to The Centre and to ensure that you have a good experience every time you visit. As part of the commitment to excellent customer service we provide the following facilities:

A dedicated Customer Services Team to assist in your orientation at The Centre and to provide information on our range of services. The Customer Service Desk is open seven days a week and is located in the mall, opposite Schuh.

Lothian Shopmobility operates from The Centre with a wide range of wheelchairs and scooters available to hire free of charge. Please note that registration is required with Shopmobility in advance of using the facility located on the ground floor of Car Park 1, just off Almondvale Boulevard. Lothian Shopmobility is run by volunteers and operates Mondays to Saturdays. For further queries, please speak with Lothian Shopmobility directly on 01506 442744.
