Celebrate the beauty of the changing seasons with a unique Autumn Forest Bathing Walk and Watercolour Experience. Set in a beautiful nature reserve, this event is an invitation to slow down, immerse yourself in the beautiful colours of autumn, and let the natural world inspire your creativity.
What to Expect
Guided Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Start your experience with a peaceful Forest Bathing session led by a certified guide. Breathe in the fresh autumn air, hear the gentle rustle of leaves, and soak in the beauty of the season. You’ll be guided to fully engage your senses, find stillness, and connect with the magic of autumn.
After the walk, we’ll gather for a a special Tea Gathering and delicious seasonal treats, creating a cozy moment to share and reflect.
On this guided walk, you will:
Immerse yourself in the vibrant colours of autumn as you breathe deeply, listen to the gentle rustling of leaves, and tuning to the soothing rhythms of the forest.

Unleashing Creativity: Watercolour Painting in Nature:
After your Forest Bathing walk, settle into a relaxing Watercolour Painting session surrounded by the beauty of autumn. With gentle guidance from Diana, you’ll explore the vibrant colours and textures of the season. This session is all about having fun, being creative, and enjoying the moment. There are no rules, no pressure, just pure enjoyment. No experience or skills are needed—simple prompts and guidance will spark your imagination and get your creativity flowing.
Using the forest as your inspiration, you’ll:
Blend colours inspired by the rich autumn palette.
Discover shapes and textures, from falling leaves to tall, steady tree
Let your creativity flow naturally, inspired by the sights, sounds, and feelings around you

Art Materials
All the art materials you need to spark your creativity will be provided! This includes watercolour paints, paper, and brushes. If you have any favourite art supplies you love to use, feel free to bring them along and make the experience uniquely your own.
