Join us for a unique evening of creativity and reflection as we celebrate the life and legacy of Mary Somerville—trailblazing scientist, writer, and advocate for women in knowledge.

Set in the heart of Edinburgh at The Melting Pot, this event invites you to explore the intersection of art and science through poetry and painting.

Whether you're a seasoned artist or simply curious, you'll be guided to create visual and written works inspired by Somerville’s groundbreaking contributions and the natural world she so passionately explored.

All materials provided, and no prior experience needed—just bring your imagination.
