Step into the festivities and be welcomed by the stirring sound of our piper Chris, an accomplished piper from Lanarkshire, with over 30 years of experience performing in top Scottish pipe bands and winning major championships. A serving police officer and member of the renowned Glasgow Police Pipe Band, he balances music with a decorated 18-year career in law enforcement.
Guests will settle in and the Selkirk Grace sets the tone with a humble blessing to honour the Scottish dinner ahead. Warm up with a bowl of Cullen Skink, our creamy, smoky seafood soup made the traditional way. It's comfort in every spoon. Witness the ceremonial Address to a Haggis, delivered with fire and flourish, accompanied by a dram of Craigellachie whisky that’ll make the Bard himself nod in approval. Feast on Scotland’s finest - haggis, neeps, and tatties - prepared as tradition dictates. No frills, just full flavour and heart. Let the evening take a lyrical turn as we share “Tam O’Shanter,” a spirited telling that dances between humour and horror in true Burns style. Finish with our homemade Scottish cranachan - layers of whipped cream, toasted oats, local raspberries and a dash of whisky that celebrates the best of the Highlands in dessert form.
The event starts at 9.00pm, lasting 1.5 - 2 hours. PLEASE NOTE IF PURCHASING A SINGLE TICKET YOU MAY BE SEATED WITH OTHER GUESTS.
Additional Dates: 12 August 2025, 19 August 2025, 24 August 2025, 25 August 2025
