Join us for a fantastical musical adventure, and journey through the magical realms of The Enchanted Snake. Based on an Italian fairy tale collected by the Scottish poet, Andrew Lang, and adapted for performance by the inspiring Kenyan/Scottish storyteller, Mara Menzies, The Enchanted Snake blends compelling modern storytelling with live performance of Scottish trad and court music from the 18th century.

Travel with us around a giant snake-shaped map, help the Enchanted Snake with challenges along the way, and get up close to Dunedin Consort’s professional musicians as they guide you through this extraordinary world.
