Trio Contrasti not only brings together the cultural traditions and mentalities of their home countries but also blends contrasting temperaments into a fascinating and unique musical style. Founded in spring 2021, the trio reached the finals of the hmt Music Prize competition in Rostock that same summer. On January 17, 2025, the trio released their debut CD Dialogues Between Eras and Cultures with the renowned label OEHMS Classics. The recording received high praise from critics and resonated strongly with audiences. With their carefully curated repertoire and thoughtfully designed concert programs, Trio Contrasti serves as an inspiring example of how musicians from different cultural backgrounds bring music from various parts of the world and historical eras to life.
