Liberty Inspired Repeat Pattern Workshop

About Liberty Inspired Repeat Pattern Workshop

Join tutor Emma Tudor-Bloch for this workshop where you will learn how to draw repeat patterns inspired by Liberty designs. Emma has designed for Liberty, Zandra Rhodes and Cath Kidston and now brings her experience to this workshop.

After taking a look at the anatomy of textile designs you will then go on to create your own pattern design in the form of a repeating tile. You will learn how to create a seamlessly repeating block repeat and a half drop repeat by hand.

You will be using a medium of your choice whether that be paint, pen or collage to create your design. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials or use those provided.
