Special Talk: The team from Lavender Menace will also present a short talk, sharing insights into the history of their iconic bookshop and archive, a cornerstone of queer literary history in Scotland.
Spend an evening immersing yourself in literary heritage, rare books, and queer storytelling in the atmospheric setting of our 18th-century Drawing Room.
Discover the LGBTQ+ connections in our historic house collection, from Catherine Talbot’s letters to Elizabeth Carter to historic entries in the Encyclopedia Britannica, and explore the house through an LGBTQ+ lens.
