Enjoy this rare opportunity to meet the legendary British fashion designer as she discusses her life and work from the ‘Golden Age’ of British couture and the 1960s boutique, to today’s fast-paced world of fashion, and designing for everyone from Freddie Mercury to Diana Ross, Princess Diana to Barbra Streisand to founding the Fashion and Textile Museum. The conversation will be peppered with tales of rockstars and royalty, of life-changing friendships and poignant reflections on her personal triumphs and tragedies, as well as the fears, sacrifices and pressures that come with being an era-defining designer.
There will be an opportunity to meet Zandra following the talk with a book signing of ICONIC, available from the Dovecot Shop. Tickets are £25 and includes entry to The Scottish Colourists: Radical Perspectives from 5pm.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
