Comedian Curtis Raye will show you just how amusing they can be. Plus, an award-winning bluegrass band plays songs on those themes. Be prepared for blazing fast banjo, fiddle, and mandolin. The band includes Maddie Witler from the Grammy nominated band Della Mae.
If you enjoy history, journalism, libraries, banjos, archives, or humor discovered in unusual places, then this is the show for you.
Comedian Curtis Raye is from rural Wantage, New Jersey, but he spent eight years in Washington DC and one year in Iowa. Working on an American presidential campaign, he observed the comedy in public records. He’s learned that school board meetings, court testimony, and letters written to the FBI are treasure troves of human folly.
This show has been seen in New York, Los Angeles, and Washington DC, and it's currently on tour in the Netherlands and UK.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
