Billy’s father is a famous gangster. But he worries about his son:
‘I wonder if you can become a good gangster, Billy. You’re too kind.’
So, he gives him an old unloaded pistol, a belt and a hat so that he can test his ability to scare those he meets on his way.
Will Billy, with the help of the audience, succeed in his mission while THE FOX is lurking around?
