The passionate Russian conductor, pianist and harpsichordist will present captivating renditions from the world of Mozart played on the fortepiano, harpsichord and modern piano. The Scotsman describes Emelyanychev’s Mozart performances as ‘a near-miracle of balance and energy, sounds carefully layered […] to make Mozart’s harmonies glow vividly’.
