Kelburn School of Sorcery - The Dragon Trials
An interactive family adventure at Kelburn Castle. Complete magical trials, meet wizards, and become a Dragon Guardian!
A Magical Adventure Awaits at Kelburn Castle! Step into the enchanted grounds of the Kelburn School of Sorcery and take part in a live, interactive quest to become a true Dragon Guardian.
When a dark wizard threatens the safety of dragons across the seas, students from Kelburn must prove they are ready. But before they can be trusted to protect these legendary creatures, they must pass The Dragon Trials — a series of magical tests demanding wisdom, creativity, courage, and focus.
This immersive, family-friendly experience includes:
* A theatrical Induction Ceremony
* Four themed Dragon Trials, some guided by eccentric magical
professors
* Wand-making, face painting, and group photo opportunities
* A dramatic finale show
Ideal for children aged 5–12 (and the grown-ups who love them)!
Event Dates & Times:
Sessions run daily from Friday 1st August to Sunday 10th August
Each day features two sessions:
* Morning Session: 10:30 AM – 01:00 PM
* Afternoon Session: 02:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
Ticket Options:
* General Admission (Age 3+) – £12.50
* Family of 3 – £35.00
* Family of 4 – £45.00
* Family of 5 – £55.00
* Babies in Arms (Under 3) – Free
* Groups of 10+ – Contact us for a discount
Important Information:
* This event involves outdoor walking, forest paths, and light activity
* Wheelchair and pram access is limited and not available in areas of
the Event (Pram park provided)
* Dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear
* Activities are best suited for ages 5+, though all are welcome
* The event continues in light rain, but severe weather may result in rescheduling
* Tickets are non-refundable, but date changes may be available with notice

* You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket and arrival instructions.
